Background: 

Jane trained in general practice in a dynamic firm in West Cork and qualified as a solicitor in January 2008 before specialising in commercial and residential property law. Jane joined P.J. O’Driscoll & Sons in December 2016, where she works primarily in the firm’s commercial and residential property law department. Jane has a special interest in the acquisition and sale of commercial property and advises a wide range of clients on various aspects of property law, including the acquisition & sale of residential property. She represents both landlords and tenants in the drafting, negotiation and review of commercial leases. Jane works with property developers, contractors and consultants on a variety of construction related issues in respect of a number of large scale projects and also acts on behalf of receivers in sales and purchases of property.

Jane advises and acts on behalf of a wide range of clients including companies, receivers, business partnerships, voluntary organisations and clubs, and individuals in conveyancing matters.
