Joan Kiely recently led the P.J. O’Driscoll & Sons LLP team in advising Carey Tools and the Carey family on the sale of the Cork City Albert Quay Site and Sextant Bar. The site was acquired by the developers, JCD Group.

Eoin Casey dealt with the licensing matters arising on the transaction.  While no plans for the site have been confirmed, we look forward to hearing about the development of this important site between the city centre and the docklands.
