Elaine O’Driscoll, Managing Partner, recently led the P.J. O’Driscoll & Sons LLP team in advising the John Flanagan Developments Limited Group (JFD) on the sale of Tullamore Court Hotel which has been acquired by iNua Hospitality.  Caroline McDonnell, Partner advised on commercial property law matters and Eoin Casey, Solicitor dealt with the licensing and employment issues arising on the transaction. 

Developed by JFD in 1997, the Tullamore Court Hotel has grown into a thriving business which has become a household name in the midlands.
