Background:

Edward joined the firm as an assistant solicitor in 1983 and became a partner in 1988. Edward is now a consultant to the practice. Having spent over 20 years as a leading commercial law practitioner with the firm Edward now acts primarily as an advisor and mentor to both our partners and assistant solicitors.

Edward has acted as advisor to a wide range of individuals and businesses. His contribution to clients and colleagues was never confined solely to the provision of legal advice but extended to providing advice and guidance on dealing with problems in a practical way. Edward’s experience as a ‘problem solver’ has led him to pursue an interest in mediation.
