The team of Justin Fennell, Gemma Ní Chaoimh, and Sam Henson Walne at P.J. O’Driscoll & Sons LLP acted for Induchem Group Ireland in its acquisition of MAAS Ltd, a Cork-based precision engineering and machining business.

The acquisition strengthens Induchem Group’s presence in the MedTech and Pharma sectors and enhances its value-added engineered product offering. MAAS will continue to operate from its Cork facility with its existing management team and employees remaining in place.
