Background:

Caroline joined the firm as an apprentice solicitor in April 2002 and trained in all areas of general practice. She qualified as a solicitor in January 2005 and works primarily in the commercial and residential property law department.

Caroline advises on all aspects of property law with a particular emphasis on commercial leases for retail parks and industrial estates. Caroline has extensive experience in complex property transactions, advising clients on all aspects of the acquisition, sale and leasing of property to include advising clients on the significance and impact of easements on property and advising clients on all planning issues associated with the property being reviewed.

Caroline also advises in property tax, landlord and tenant law and property based lending. Caroline acts for a broad spectrum of clients to include developers, lending institutions, local authorities and private individuals.
