Background:

Eoin joined the firm’s litigation department in January 2017. Having qualified as a solicitor in 2010, he was subsequently admitted to practice in Australia in 2011 and gained extensive international experience in commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of insolvency law and debt recovery. After returning to Ireland in 2014, he joined a prominent Dublin general practice and continued to develop a broad range of experience in a litigation-focused role.

Eoin practises primarily in the areas of commercial and civil litigation. He has represented corporate and private clients at all Court levels across a variety of areas including commercial and contract disputes, licensing law, construction and property related litigation, probate litigation, insolvency, debt recovery and personal injury litigation.

Eoin represents and advises employers and employees on employment law matters including at tribunal hearings. He also practices in the areas of probate and will drafting and he brings considerable Australian and Irish practice experience to bear in the growing area of mediation.
